CEO & Founder José Costa is a Civil Engineer and a licensed Certified General Contractor with over two decades of experience performing and managing construction projects throughout Central Florida and Puerto Rico.
Mr. Costa has worked in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Owner’s Representative, on many high profile projects that are complex in terms of magnitude and scope, including the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando VA Medical Center, and Costco Business Center, among others.
Frank Rodriguez is a licensed Specialty Electrical Contractor with over two decades of experience in the custom manufacturing industry.
Mr. Rodriguez has completed many highly-custom, out-of-the ordinary projects for the Walt Disney Company, NASA, Universal Studios, Sea World, FL Hospital, hotels, malls, restaurants and retails chains.
